HOW TO RESERVE:
Once you have decided to begin your adventure with us, please do not hesitate to make a reservation by filling up the form below.
BOOKING POLICY:
A.) Sending a reservation form doesn’t mean you are already booked. Booking should only confirm once we receive your down payment.
B.) Please note that if a booking is made less than 3 days prior to the tour date, full payment must be paid at once. We accommodate last minute bookings which should still be at least 1 day before the tour date and still be subject to availability of the tour. Full payment is required. We follow a strictly No Show No Refund policy.
C.) Our agency policy is separate from hotel policy. Our partner hotel has its own policy.
👉All Domestic Tours we require full payment except CEBU, BOHOL, and LEYTE – Kalanggaman Island that requires 50% down payment.
👉All International Tours we require 10k to 20k reservations, and should be paid in full 1 month before the travel date
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A.) All our domestic tour packages are refundable.
👉From your down payment, a 90% amount is refundable and 10% will serve as admin fee.
âž–This will only apply if you cancel a tour 2 weeks before travel date or force majeure such as Floods, Typhoon, Fire, Accidents. CHANGE OF MIND/BACK OUT: NON REFUNDABLE NO SHOW. NO REFUND.
👉Package that includes hotel may subject to hotel refund policy. Our each partner hotel has its own refund policy and should be followed. CHANGE OF MIND/BACK OUT: NON REFUNDABLE NO SHOW. NO REFUND.
👉For Cancellation of tour 7days before travel date is subject for evaluation especially package with hotel accommodation. CHANGE OF MIND/BACK OUT: NON REFUNDABLE NO SHOW. NO REFUND.
👉Non Refundable Tour Packages for 3days cancellations and we strictly implement the “No Show No Refund” Policy.
B ) FOR KALANGGAMAN ISLAND:
Food Package is strictly non-refundable especially if we already prepared the food and yet there is unexpected cancellation such as rough seaboard/big waves / force majeure. CHANGE OF MIND/BACK OUT: NON REFUNDABLE NO SHOW. NO REFUND.
PAYMENT METHOD:
We accept the following;
1. Debit or Credit Card – Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Diners, AmEx and others through Paypal Business account (with 6% transfer fee)
2. PayPal to Paypal Payment (with 6% transfer fee)
3. Bank Deposit – Local banks such as BDO, BPI, PSBANK, PNB.
4. E-Wallet ( GCASH, MAYA, PALAWAN PAY)
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING:
Processing of booking may take 1 to 2days after confirmation of payment, we will send you a separate email of your voucher and we will call you if local, and whatsapp for international to confirm and clarify your booking. Please note that our office hours are only available from 8am-6pm on weekdays, 8am-5pm weekends and close on holidays.
FLEXIBLE BOOKING:
All tour packages are flexible for rebooking just please send an email, msg or call for revision. Please note that this is subject to availability of hotels and should align with hotel policy.
